Every year the upperclassman at Rutledge have a field day in the blistering heat with no shade in site. But this year there was a wonderful breeze in the air and everyone had a great time! Ashton ran the 100 meter (got 5th place) but I failed to see it because her little brother decided to get his head stuck between the rails :( and I had to keep him calm so Ashton wouldn't get upset and miss her race. But in the end it was fine. Ashton missed the fiasco caused by Nicholas and I didn't have to call the fire department!
